A lot has changed since 2001. That is when Ron and Kathy Finney purchased Ray’s Garage in New Hamburg, ON, from Ray and Anna Steinman. Ray’s Garage had established a reputation for honest, knowledgeable service for over twenty years. The people of New Hamburg soon discovered that they would be just as well served by Ron and Kathy Finney.
Finney’s Auto Service continued the tradition of excellent customer service and soon adopted emerging technologies to enhance its customer service. It has kept fully current with the sophisticated automotive diagnostics and online industry tools needed to service vehicles today. It has also been an industry leader locally, adopting a groundbreaking online customer-service technology called AutoServe1 ™. This technology is designed to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about the servicing of their vehicles.

A Little About the Owners
Ron Finney has been devoted to excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance since his high school days. He completed his Automotive Service Technician and Truck and Coach Technician certifications in 1991.
Kathy Finney has served as the office manager for Finney’s Auto Service since 2001. She shares Ron’s commitment to providing caring, knowledgeable, and consistent customer service.
Certifications and Memberships
Finney’s Auto Service is registered as a Ministry of Transport for Ontario (MTO) Inspection Centre and is licensed to issue safety certificates and annual inspections. They are also a registered NAPA AUTOCARE Center and a member of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB).
Ron Finney is a licenced sales person and registered dealer with OMVIC as you have. We are members of the Used Car Dealers Association (UCDA) and would be happy to help you with any vehicle purchases and sales.
